The Baja California Sur State Tourism Trust, in accordance with the provisions of article 13, section b of the Political Constitution of the Free and Sovereign State of Baja California Sur, makes the following known to the general public:
INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of articles 1, 2 sections II, III, 3 sections II, 18, 21, 22, 23 and other relative and applicable of the Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obliged Subjects for the State of Cancellation California Sur, the Baja California Sur State Tourism Trust, provides the following information that integrates the

II.- PERSONAL DATA: The personal data collected by the person in charge and/or administrative unit may be used for the purposes, activities, attributions, legal relationship, and provision of services or procedures provided by the person in charge and that will be submitted according by this obligated subject are:
For the purpose of the treatment indicated in points 1, 2 and 3 established in section III of this notice.

2.- Address and / or Email.
3.- That contained in the official identification documents.
4.- That contained in the documents related to public deeds or powers of attorney.
5.- Other documents that are in the possession of the obliged subjects, where the protection of your personal data is a right linked to the protection of your privacy.
Personal data that does not require the consent of the owner, in accordance with the provisions of article 16 sections I and III of the Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obliged Subjects for the State of Baja California Sur.
For the purpose of the treatment indicated in point 3 established in section III of this notice.

Personal data that requires the consent of the owner, in accordance with the provisions of articles 14 and 15 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obliged Subjects for the State of Baja California Sur.
III.-PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS OBTAINED:
The personal data collected by this entity will be necessary for the following purpose:
Solely and exclusively to notify and inform about tourism promotion campaigns, their calls, integration of files, scheduling of events and commercial promotions related to tourism, as well as providing attention to doubts, advice, information through the different platforms.
Generate statistics on requests for access to public information and protection of personal data, follow-up on requests for public information and follow-up on the compliance of the obliged subjects of the executive branch with the obligations of transparency and review resources provided for in the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information of the State of Baja California Sur and the obligations of the Law of Protection of Personal Data Held by Obliged Subjects for the State of Baja California Sur.
Identify the people who carry out procedures and services before the State Tourism Trust.
IV.- LEGAL FOUNDATION THAT AUTHORIZES THE RESPONSIBLE TO CARRY OUT THE TREATMENT: The personal data subjected to treatment is in accordance with the provisions of articles 75 section XXX, 94 sections IV and V, 146 section III and 154 of the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information of the State of Baja California Sur; 48 section II, 96, 97 and 100 of the Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obliged Subjects of the State of Baja California Sur.
V.- MECHANISMS AND MEANS AVAILABLE TO MANIFEST THE REFUSAL FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA THAT THE HOLDER’S CONSENT REQUIRES.
The owners of personal data that require consent for their treatment for the purpose set out in sections I and II of this notice, may express their refusal to such treatment, either verbally or in writing at the time they are required or subsequently, once obtained, by means of a document presented at the offices of the State Tourism Trust located at Carretera al Norte km 5.5 Edificio Fidepaz, CP 23090, La Paz B.C.S., Mexico; or by request via email to: transparency@visitbajasur.travel and social_media@visitbajasur.travel.
NOTE.- Notwithstanding that you have not expressed the refusal to process, the personal data provided will be deleted, after blocking, once they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purpose, according to what was stated.
